Feedback about dancing this year in Morris Pavilion.

Plumbob:

“This area might even work out better than the Gym, being cooler.”

Beth Molaro:

This year could be like the dance in Charlotte one winter, when a snowstorm closed the college campus where the weekend was to be held.  The dance was held in a home, the band was located in a loft, and Cis called from atop a log near the fireplace.  Beth related this was one of her most memorable and favorite dance experiences.

Mary Lynn “I am annually grateful for the time and effort you both put into making the Soiree a joyous event. Thanks for the extra stress of this unusual crisis.”
Diana “Gee... knowing it will be outside will be so special..makes me wish more than ever that I could come this year..but alas...new job interferes....glad for everyone else though, and thanks to you guys for keeping the tradition not only alive, but thriving."

“What a good solution for you all - I was doing door last night and the photos are terrific.”

Shayna “Congratulations, Barbara & John! This is great news. I know a lot of people have put in a lot of effort to keep the dancing going at Warren Wilson and I want to make a point of recognizing your role in that, especially relative to Soiree. Hooray for making it actually happen in spite of all the last-minute challenges and adjustments - I'm looking forward to being part of it.”
Sandy “What wonderful news!  Our fear was that Soiree would have to be canceled. Soiree is one of our all time favorite weekends.”
Diane Silver The night the roof collapsed, we danced. I was surprised to see dancing on the pavilion created an incredibly magical experience.

"How exciting!!  The pictures are beautiful.  The open air will feel wonderful! I've been thinking about you guys, hoping it has not been too stressful an experience for you.  You are cetainly working with the most understanding of communities."

Barbara and John

We just feel blessed to be in such a supportive and wonderful community.  We are teetering between being either excited or scared beyond belief.  It’s too soon to tell which.  Anyway, we’ve concluded it’s the feeling of anticipation of a peak magical experience.
